Returns and Exchanges

Online/In-Store Purchases

  • Enjoy FREE returns and exchanges for both online and in-store orders within 14 days from the delivery date or in-store purchase date.
  • We pride ourselves on hassle-free returns, giving you ample time to ensure your jewelry piece is the right fit.

Online Returns

  • Both online and in-store purchases can be returned using our online return/exchange form. Ensure the form is submitted within 14 days from the delivery or purchase date.
  • Our team will respond within 48 business hours with return/exchange instructions, typically including a return shipping label.
  • Once the label is generated, you have 14 days to send the item back for the return/exchange process.

In-Store Returns

  • Whether purchased online or in-store, items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery or purchase date.
  • After receiving the returned jewelry, our specialists will re-authenticate the piece. Upon successful re-authentication:
    • A confirmation email will be sent with refund details or an updated invoice for exchanged items.
    • The re-authentication process typically takes 48 business hours.
  • Refund Timelines:
    • Debit/Credit Cards: 5-7 business days (depending on bank processing).
    • Cash Payments: Refunded via check within 4-14 business days.

Items Not Eligible for Returns/Exchanges

To maintain our promise of unique, high-quality jewelry, the following items are considered final sales:

  • Custom/personalized orders
  • Resized rings
  • Engraved and laser-patterned items

These items are tailored specifically for individuals and cannot be resold.


Resizing

  • We offer a one-time complimentary resizing for standard ring styles within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exceptions: Some designs, like eternity rings, cannot be resized.
  • Customized, modified, or engraved rings may incur a resizing fee.
  • Note: Resized items are considered final sales.

Customizable Items Policy

At Metals & Diamonds, we take pride in crafting unique pieces tailored to individual preferences.

  • Due to the personalized nature of customizable items, they are crafted with specific details and designs for each customer.
  • As a result, all customizable items are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
